When the rough part on one station is being polished, the operator can remove the polished part from the other station, and then install another blank. The tooling on each workbench can turn the parts 180 degrees, so that the four sides of the blank can be polished.

In the process of grinding and polishing, there is a strong continuous impact and vibration on each axis of the grinding robot. For this reason, strengthening measures are adopted for the sliding block of a single linear motion unit, the connecting plate between each axis, etc., and seismic and impact resistance measures are adopted. The connecting screws used also adopt anti-vibration measures to avoid loosening.

The working space of the polishing robot can be customized according to user requirements to meet the requirements of one part or multiple parts at a time. Robots with five or more axes can be produced.
